I did all the illustrations by hand (colored pencils) then scanned them into Photoshop and cut them up and put them in Flash, where i did all the animation. Really put Flash to the limits. Higher resolution screen grabs below...

I can't imagine the PATIENCE you must have had to do that in Flash from pencil drawings... well done! The song and drawings I thought were beautifully done and I think little kids would love to watch it before going to bed :)
